All new constructed homes are all three bedroom, two bath homes,with full basements, with daylight windows, or walk-outs as the lots allow. All are stick built on site, constructed to the most cost efficient standards, and meet or exceed all local and state building code requirements.With the goal of keeping housing affordable for the greatest number of people, all new constructed homes offers a limited number of basic models which may be customized to individual preferences within the structural limits of the model and the lot requirements.Lot costs are included in the model house prices.Model prices vary between subdivisions because of differences in land and development costs. The standard specifications for all new constructed homes in all of the subdivisions follow below, as do the optional features for customers who wish them and can afford them. Customers may reduce their building costs with sweat equity or by engaging friends or relatives who are professionally licensed, can pull building permits, and able to do work within the guidelines provided by the builder and state building codes. In addition, these builders and CENTURY 21 Advanced Realty work with lenders and mortgage companies who stand ready to provide end loan financing for new construction by these builders with minimal down payments.Zero down payment loans are available to qualified buyers.
As of July 20, 2009, Building-lot packages are still available in most of our subdivisions. CENTURY 21 Advanced Realty and our builders offer serious buyers the opportunity to get into a new home in one of our subdivisions for prices ranging between $119,900.00 and $199.900.00.
With the goal of keeping our houses affordable for the greatest number of people possible, our builders offer a limited number of basic models which, within the structural limits of the plan, can be customized to individual preferences without adding substantially to the base prices of the houses. For those who wish them and can afford them, there are optional additions to the standard specifications; and customers have the chance to reduce their costs with sweat equity, by painting, putting down flooring, or by enaging friends or relatives who are licensed to do other work within the construction cycle and schedules.
In addition, our builders and CENTURY 21 Advanced Realty work with lenders who have helped with financing our subdivision homes. Customers may choose any lenders they wish, but if they want our help with financing, our lenders and CENTURY 21 Advanced Realty stand ready to be of assistance whenever possible.
